The Sonos Beta Community is where listeners test new software and hardware before it’s released and tell us what they think. Signing up is the first step, and it adds you to the group we invite from.
How it works
Sign in with Sonos to create your profile, and you’ll join the community we invite from. From there, we invite people into specific beta programs based on what we’re testing and where your Sonos system and the way you listen are the right fit. Not everyone is invited to every program, and each one needs a different mix of people. When there’s a match, we’ll reach out.
If you’re invited
When a program fits, we’ll email you with everything you need: what we’re testing, how to get set up, and what we’re hoping to learn. Your role is simple: use Sonos the way you normally do and tell us what you think. Your feedback goes straight to the teams building the product and helps decide what we ship and when.
What we ask of you
- Complete your profile. It’s how we match you to programs, so the more we know about your system and how you listen, the better the fit.
- Share your honest take. When you’re invited to test, your real reactions are what we’re after.
- Keep it confidential. Beta hardware and software aren’t public, so don’t share them online or with anyone outside your home.
